In the 1960s, a very renowned Russian surgeon and scientist named Vladimir Petrovich Filatov discovered a complementary natural treatment for patients with vision impairment that could be used in addition to standard regular treatments. This recipe is fantastic for treating eye problems and can greatly enhance your vision as well as stop further loss.
When this recipe was made public, a lot of people started using it and were pleasantly surprised by the results, so if you have vision problems, we highly recommend it!
Ingredients:
- 3-4 organic lemons (fresh squeezed juice)
- 500 gr. crushed walnuts
- 100 gr. Aloe juice (aloe arborescens)
- 300 gr. Organic raw honey
Preparation:
First you have to prepare the fresh Aloe Vera juice from a plant. Remove the middle, lower and upper leaves, leaving the last 3-4 leaves and top of the plant. Put one large pot of water to boil for 15 minutes and leave it to cool down. Wash very well the aloe vera leaves with the water, and then remove the spikes and cut them up in small slices. Use double gauze to strain the juice from the chopped slices.
Dr. Filatov suggests people not to cut the leaves immediately but to leave them in the refrigerator for 10-12 days before using, because the Aloe Vera requires time so that it can produce the so-called biogen stimulators”, which awaken the activity of aloe cells. After this time you have to wash the leaves and made the juice as it was described above.
Dosage:
You have to consume one tablespoons of this remedy three times per day, 30 minutes before every meal , every day. You should take it until you feel your vision is improved and you have no longer need for it. Aside from being an astonishing remedy for improving your eye health, this remedy boost your metabolism and can positively affect your general health.
Important note:
We must add that Aloe Vera Juice is not suggestible for people suffering from hemorrhoids, tuberculosis, acute kidney disease, GI tract problems, inflammation of the female reproductive system, and pregnant women in the last trimester. Remember that the plant shouldn’t be older than 2-3 years.
