You will need:
- Onion
- Garlic
- Water

- Socks
Preparation and use:
First slice the garlic and onion till it is well chopped. Put it aside. Pour some water in a kettle and let it boil. After that, add the finely sliced garlic and onions in the boiling water and leave to boil for additional 10 minutes.
Leave the water cool off for about 20 minutes. Next step is to pour the mixture in the center of the self – stick gauze pads, only enough to get wet. In case if there is too much liquid in the pads simply squeeze the excess out. Be careful not to wet the sticky part of the pads.
