For this remedy you will need
- Fenugreek seeds
- Coconut oil
Preparation and Application:
- Take half cup of fenugreek seeds, if you have long hair you can take more of these
- Soak these seeds in 1 glass of water for 2 houres’
- Now after 2 hours filter these seeds and grind them
- In a bowl take this paste, if it is too thick, you can add 1-2 spoons of water
- In this add 2 spoons of coconut oil and mix it again
- Your hair ask is ready now
- Apply this mask all over your scalp and hair, massage for 10 minutes . Make sure that your hair is clean and hair free
- Leave it for 1-2 hours
- Shampoo your hair and apply conditioner
