- -6 lemons
Preparation:
First, wash the celery well and grate it. Then, put it in a pot. Add the juice squeezed from the lemons. Cover the pot and put it into another pot full of water. Boil until the water in the large pot reaches a boiling point. Once it’s boiling, reduce the heat and simmer at a low temperature for approximately 2 hours.
