4 FAST AND EASY WOOD CABINET CLEANING HACKS

Having wood cabinets is a good thing they help to bring out the beauty in your kitchen and they also give your house a cool natural look. However, they still can get dirty and this will ruin their beauty. And also you don’t want your visitors to see any part of your house look bad. So with this simple step, you can clean your cabinets the right way.

COMBINATION: BAKING SODA AND VEGETABLE OIL

METHOD:

Mix together baking soda and vegetable oil. This creates a paste-like substance. Now all you have to do is apply the mixture to the handles and the corners of the cabinet door.

You have to rub gently because you don’t want to damage your cabinets. Then in no time, you will have clean and shiny looking cabinets

COMBINATION: VINEGAR AND WATER

METHOD:

Mix together vinegar and salt which also creates a paste-like substance, and all you have to do is apply this paste on any area of the cabinet that has a stain and let it sit there for a few minutes.

Then when you are finished, use a wet cloth to wipe the paste off. This will also give you cabinets a clean and shiny look.

USE WALNUTS TO GET RID OF SCRATCHES

METHOD:

“Another vinegar method again!” I know but vinegar is really useful when it comes on to cleaning things. All you have to do for this one is mix water and vinegar together then wipe the cabinet with a clean cloth.

If your wood cabinet has scratches on it don’t worry just use a walnut to fill it in. All you have to do is rub the walnut over the scratches until it gets rid of most of them. This hack was suggested by a close friend of mine so it will be cool to see if it actually works. You can also add dish soap to help get rid of the grease and grime.

BABY OIL:

This is more of a finishing look tip rather than a cleaning method but after you are finished with cleaning the cabinets apply some baby oil on a cloth and then wipe the cabinet. This gives the cabinet an awesome shiny look that is pleasing to the eyes. Not only that but your visitors or family will find them very nice looking as well.

Doing this will make your cabinets shiny but also oily(it will still look good). So only do this if you want your cabinets to look shiny.
